Our first meeting is an intake session. Although we will be highlighting the matters that brought you into therapy, I will also need to go over some biographical data to establish the framework we are facing. To speed up this exchange of information phase I need you to send me the intake form by email in advance.
From there, the experiential nature of the therapy I practice will lead us both, patient and therapist, to be involved in co-creating an aware process of change in every meeting. I am not a neutral observer but a creative participant, next to you. So I get touched and something changes in me too. It can be just a little personal "aha" moment in a session or a life-changing insight… and anything in-between.
