Once we have approached the reason why you are seeking therapy, we will be starting a process of change which usually takes no less than 10 sessions.

The typical frequency of those sessions is once a week but this is set and reviewed depending on each case and progress.

You will have my support every step of the way in this process which sometimes implies changes in the plan to address the situation. Flexibility in these terms is crucial to actually "meet" each other and come together to "your next".

I will also be open to receiving suggestions and complaints when your expectations are not being met. To guarantee this right, here you can check our quality statute in accordance with Dutch law and I have joined the federation of psychology, psychotherapy & pedagogy P3NL, to make an official complaint procedure available to you. The complaint procedure would start by letting us know about the area in which you feel we haven't met your expectations. If we cannot provide you with a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint about this to the complaints officers of Klacht & Company . The complaints officer searches for a solution together with you and us. If even then it is not possible to reach a solution through mediation, then you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee for Mental and Pedagogical Care for assessment, and the Disputes Committee then makes a binding decision for both parties.
